8.1 How content review works in MATX
Chains need to be sure that only checked content reaches their screens. In MATX, you control this with two tools:
- Roles & Permissions restrict who can publish.
- Audit Logs record who changed what.

Control who can publish with Roles & Permissions and review changes in Audit Logs.
Chains need to be sure that only checked content reaches their screens. In MATX, you control this with two tools:
Open the profile menu and select Roles & Permissions.
Create or edit a role for people who prepare content, without publishing permissions.
Create or edit a role for people who are allowed to publish.
Assign the right role to each person in each Virtual Space through Manage Members.
With publishing restricted, you can run a simple review process:
A content creator prepares the media, layout and playlist.
The creator asks a publisher to review it, using your usual internal channel.
The publisher checks the content and publishes it.
Anyone can confirm later in Audit Logs who made each change.
Open the profile menu and select Audit Logs.
Look through the log for the change you want to check.
Note who made the change and when.
